Parcel delivery
All packages are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours and, once shipped, delivery is made within a given number of business days, during which you will find details to follow.
Our products are carefully packed to ensure optimal protection during shipment. Your package will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days after ordering. We ship our packages by UPS or by post. A signature may be required upon receipt of your package(s). If you are absent when this order is delivered, the delivery person will leave a delivery notice to explain how you can pick up your order. Please note that we cannot change a delivery address after order processing and we will not be able to reship your package if you are unable to recover it.

The cost related to shipments in Switzerland is 5 Sfr TTC .
– EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
The cost related to shipments on European territory is 5 € TTC.
– ABROAD
The cost related to the shipments on the European territory is 10 sfr TTC.
Delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on where they will be shipped, you will find below a detailed list as a guide:
– Switzerland
As soon as the order is executed by our managers, the processed order will arrive at its destination within 48 hours to 3 working days.
– EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
From the completion of the order made, by our managers, the processed order will arrive at its destination from 3 working days to 7 working days.
– ABROAD COUNTRY OUTSIDE EU
As soon as the order is executed by our managers, the processed order will arrive at its destination from 7 working days to 10 working days.
Parcel returns
If you are not satisfied with your order online, you can return the items within 7-14 days of receipt. Online orders can only be returned to the online shop and not to other shops. To reduce shipping costs, we suggest using a smaller envelope or packaging. Please note that any wear on the item or order items such as perfumes, detergents and other stains may result in the order(s) not being returned.

All goods will be inspected upon return. Items must be returned in good condition and with their labels. Any item in bad condition will be returned to you.
